Legislative frame

The legislative frame regarding the publication of passports from the Hellenic Police, the foundation of NPC, the conditions of issuing a passport, validity, publication procedures exc.

• Law 3103/2003 (23/29-1-2003): «Publication of passports from the Greek Police and other provisions».

• Presidential Decree 126/2005 (181/21-7-2005), that suspended the Presidential decree 37/2004: «Foundation of the Hellenic National Passport Center and other provisions».

• Presidential Decree 25/2004 (17/30-1-2004), as it was modified with the Presidential Decree 193/2005 (234/ 27-9-2005): «Passport's issuance conditions, time force, replacement, loss and cancellation of these».

• Common ministerial decision 3021/22/10/2005: «Supporting documents and process of publication, type and passport's content of clues», as it was modified with the common ministerial decision. 3021/22/10-δ/2005 and common ministerial decision 3021/22/10-στ/2007.

• Presidential Decree 135/2007 (172/31-7-2007), modification of Presidential Decree 25/2004, «Passport's issuance conditions, time force, replacement, loss and cancellation of these».
